We are targeting manufacturers that cultivate a positive workplace and value training and professional development in support of internal career pathways. In exchange, grant funding covers all WorkAdvance services.
WorkAdvance couples short-term foundational workplace and technical skills training with career coaching and on-the-job training to ensure a pipeline of workers for in-demand manufacturing positions.
Short-term training for new workers or those ready for promotion
On-the-job training dollars are available to reimburse 50% of employee wages during the initial months of employment
Manufacturers choose the candidates they want to hire or advance
One year of post-employment job coaching maximizes employee retention, advancement and overall success
Overall project management, bringing in additional services and resources from the right organization at the right time
